The demand for such talent far outstrips supply, and Ode faces the challenge of hiring and training enough elite engineers to meet client needs. 'It has never been an easier time to become an entrepreneur,' Siegel noted. 'You learn so much by trying to own problems end-to-end… That’s the skill set that fits really well with Ode.'
